What helps us confirm the details
Any one of these, if you have it to hand:
- A photo or PDF of a recent check stub
- A division order from the operator
- The legal description from a deed or probate file
If you cannot find any of it, say so. We can work from public records and tell you what we find.
Why you heard from us
County appraisal rolls are public record, and they list who owns mineral and royalty interests. That is where your name and mailing address came from. Nobody gave us your details and we did not buy them from anyone.
If you would rather not hear from us again, reply and say so. We will remove you and you will not receive another letter.
An offer is not a contract
Any figure in your letter is a starting point for a conversation, not a binding commitment by either of us. It is conditional on confirming title and verifying the interest. You are free to check it against other buyers, and we would think better of you for it.
